John was very nice and while he believes he knows the issue - it is something I will need to do over the next 24 hours. He was very helpful. As much as I appreciated his assessment - I truly hope I do not need to request a call back for the original issue. Fingers crossed.

Great technician .. came and diagnosed the problem .. ordered parts and came back and fixed it . No issues. Labor well that’s def where the price skyrockets . Plus add in the parts

Brian is a hard dedicated technician. I appreciate his expertise restoring my AC after a week of heat wave with out AC in my house. Thank you Brian and God bless you. With that said. You Sears needs to add more technician so consumers don’t need to wait 15 days to fix the AC on the middle of the heat wave. Thank you
