The dentist was excellent. They were super non-judgmental and just focused on the health of teeth. The dental hygienist was thorough and very knowledgeable. One patient had a problem with a tooth on a weekend and Dr. Rotem called back right away and took them in. Everyone was so helpful. Dr. Rotem explained everything and in one hour, teeth were done, with four teeth pulled and a permanent bridge made. The teeth look better than ever. Dr. Rotem has a state of the art office and is a class act.
It was welcoming, staff at front desk friendly. The back end staff were exceptional with explanations Dr Rotem was professional, like his staff I felt comfortable with his explanations and the next steps that needed to be taken. Additionally the facility was spotless
All staff at Rotem Dental Care were awesome and made my initial experience with them as good as possible. Thanks to a comprehensive exam, they found that unfortunately I’ll need more intensive work done including a root canal. However, they took the time to explain everything to me and recommend the right people to call and procedures for following up with my treatment. I’m glad I went with them and will continue working with them for all my dental needs.
Dad had a tooth infection on a Saturday and his dentist wasn't available. Rotem made an appointment same day and got him on the road to recovery quickly!
