The template team was fabulous and on time. Customer Service communication for the install appointment needs improvement. The driver knew in the morning they were hours behind. I called at 4:15PM to find this out. If I never called, I would never have known.
My 3-6 pm window for installation arrived at 7pm.
Everyone was so helpful; We had a flood in our kitchen and needed to replace one of our granite pieces, that unfortunately broke when we removed it around the sink. Fearful we couldn't get the same tops to match our current island and small piece next to the stove, Melissa jumped into action and promised it would be no issue. Got us ordered with the same top, and had it templated and installed in a matter of 2 weeks. Shout out to Susan as well. She was very pleasant to work with. The installers were very professional and the person who took the measurements did a fantastic job also. Thank you all for the wonderful, fast service!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Lucille T in Shrewsbury worked very hard to get me exactly what I was looking for. From the time that I confirmed the remnant in Toms River to the time the measurements were taken to time of install completion, my experience was wonderful & I appreciate the professionalism of all parties involved.
