Needing a simple and inexpensive countertop, and not being from the area, I found Progressive Dimensions through an online search. I decided to use them based on their excellent reviews, which is always risky. From my first meeting with Melissa who helped me select stone to scheduling with Susan and then the 3 installers who came to the house, everyone was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Great customer service in all areas. During the entire process, I kept thinking “can it really be this easy” and now that my project is done, the answer is clearly yes! In the case, the good reviews are deserved and can be trusted.

I went to the countertop Store because my friend took me alone when he replaced his countertop. He was please and now so am I. From sales to measurement and then installation, everyone was more than helpful and the workmanship and installation was impressive! The pricing was better than other places we looked. The whole experience was 5 stars!

The entire process from start to finish was so smooth. The entire sales, scheduling, and installment team was so patient, helpful and professional. Gina was superb with helping us narrow down the type of stone that would best fit vision. With multiple delays on our end, Gina remained patient, never rushing us. Installation was quick.

Providing was unbeatable! Can’t rave enough about Progressive Dimensions!
