The company sent Rich to install my storm door from Lowe’s. He did an amazing job building a door frame and installing the storm door. Such a professional job it looks like it came with the house. He was quick, efficient, and neat. Also, very nice.
My overall experience was extremely positive. Gary arrived on time and got to work installing my storm door. He was very careful to keep main door closed because it was freezing. Which I greatly appreciated! He was unable to caulk around the door due to the freezing temperatures. Instead he gave me his card and promised to return in the warm weather to complete the caulking. I love my new door and appreciate its expert installation. I would definitely use this company again.
I had two doors installed by Professional Installs and Remodeling. They were excellent starting with taking precise measurements of the door, assessing what needed to repaired and then installing the doors. Pat installed the doors and did a great job with the new doors. He was efficient and installed both doors with with minimal mess. Everything was cleaned up nicely. He went over and above normal expectations for the installations. The company followed up on the work as well by calling to make sure all was well. This was a good home improvement experience!
