I have been going to Shirley for several years to do my eyebrows.Having had them done elsewhere prior, she had a major correction job to do in order to get them looking the way both of us wanted them to be! She is not only an expert at her craft, but she is such a sweet, kind hearted person, it is a pleasure entrusting her with my face! Shirley specializes in Micro Blading and all Permanent Make Procedures. She has been Certified by many of the Best Instructors in our country and the industry.
