After mourning the death of a relative, you'd think these people would have any empathy or compassion. I was passed from person to person and when I finally got on the phone with someone, the lady was short and bitter. She wouldn't reveal any information on pricing or helpful information on the things i needed to know to move forward with the steps I needed to get a tombstone. Go to Joseph Uras Monuments if you want to know the information you need in a stressful and time of grief. These people are useless

Master Memorials, a subsidiary of Sprung Monuments, botched an update to my parents' gravestone. What their engraver did was inexcusably stupid or careless. I cannot look at the marker now without feeling disgusted by the shoddy workmanship. If you want a monument for your loved one that will not be a perpetual embarrassment, go elsewhere. Under no circumstances should you consider Master Memorials / Sprung Monuments.

I would like to thank Master Memorials for the compassion and kindness they have shown my family in our time of need. Not only are the very professional, they supplied a beautiful headstone for my mother. They did such a great job that I went back to them for my father's. Master Memorials is the only company that I will go to and recommend for this type of product. Again, thank you Master Memorials.
