Linda and her staff are super nice. However, they're impossible to reach if there's an issue. Multiple calls. No calls back. Line now goes to a verizon error message. Filed taxes in March... still haven't gotten my refund... can't even get a hold of anyone with the IRS numbers given by Linda (and google) ... online system shows its still "processing" and hasn't moved towards review yet... insane.
The absolute best! Linda and her staff made doing taxes very easy thank you! Very professional very kind and answered every one of my questions so I could understand what was going on so again I thank you for everything I am a very happy customer
