My goal is to inform you of the current condition of the property you are looking to purchase. I am a licensed professional certified home Inspector. My service areas include Ocean, Monmouth and Burlington counties. I will provide you with a detailed, honest and unbiased evaluation of your home. My home inspection includes a termite inspection at no additional cost and Thermal camera/infrared camera use. For your convenience I offer numerous services in addition to the home inspection. They include pool inspection with leak detection, radon testing, termite inspections, in water/underwater dock and bulkhead inspections, Mold testing and septic Inspections and testing. I only perform inspections, I DO NOT perform repairs.
