Rich did a fantastic job with my recent home inspection, he found a number of issues that I was able to get price reductions from the seller. He’s very knowledgeable and was willing to spend the time to explain things to me. When he was done with the home inspection, he put on a wet suit and jumped right in the lagoon to inspect the dock and bulkhead. His observations were very helpful to save me money and convince me to purchase the property!
