I had a wonderful experience at Hand & Stone with Gretal! She was friendly, professional, and an excellent massage therapist. 1 Star for Membership System- Does not seem to operate in good faith when it needs to be paused/canceled. Unable to do this on the app- Requires a phone call - it took 4 calls (and an additional monthly payment by the time it happened) to finally have the request passed along to a manager to pause. This should be an easier process.
My appointment was last night at 7:30 & I slept like a baby through the night for the first time in a long time; I was relaxed enough that the wheels stopped turning and my body was more loose. Jenn was amazing! She is a unicorn at Hand & Stone-- I haven't been in years and I truly feel (based on the front desks recommendation-- thank you!) that it was a perfect fit for what I was looking for.
