I’ve never had a better or easier experience at an urgent care than I did at Family First in Brick. Made an appointment same day, waited for two minutes and was in and out super quick. Phil was fantastic.

It was very easy to make an appointment. I was taken in on time. The reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Phil the provider is excellent. He was very polite, friendly and attentive. Took the time to listen and prescribe medication. I would recommend this practice highly!

The level and type of care received, depends upon the Dr that happens to be on site. Some Dr’s are a lot more thorough, observant and empathetic than other Dr’s. They should also be able to follow up on results from previous visits, which was not done. Just my opinion.
