One customer in a senior community in Barnegat found Epic after a windy day blew shingles off the roof. The owner, George, responded the same day, did a thorough inspection, and was not pushing for a replacement. He showed the customer a cracked, dry shingle that broke apart, explaining the builder used low quality shingles. The customer followed their gut and had Epic do the job. The workers were neat and courteous, the job was completed in one day, and Epic even brought a port a john so workers did not enter the house. The workmanship was wonderful, and George has never failed to call immediately with questions. Another customer on Pelican Island in Seaside had aluminum facia blow off a high peak; George and his crew responded within hours and made the repair. Customers give the company 11/10 on quality, communication, professionalism, and honesty, noting George returns calls in a timely manner, shows up when he says he will, and gets the work done properly. Reviews highly recommend Epic Exteriors for roof replacements and repairs.
