Flooring we purchased was top notch, no defects. The installers were curious and experienced. Had 2/3 of the house complete in a day and the rest in a few hours the next. They did an excellent job. Praise to Dr. Pepper Flooring and their installers.
Last year we purchased LVP flooring at Dr Pepper's, the buying process was easy, estimate was good and the installation was the best. Unfortunately the LVP had issues separating and the store did research and found it was a Mill mfg. defect. Dr Pepper quickly filed a claim and the replacement process was fast and waiting for a date for the replacement and no cost to me. Dr Pepper stands behind their work, warranty, and installation. I never had such a smooth and stress free issue. I highly recommend them, I live in Greenbriar Woodlands and many of the residences here are happy with their work. A good quality floor is only as good as the installation.
ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Exceptional service. Guys worked tirelessly all day to get entire home finished. They barely took time to eat lunch, stayed 12 hours or so. Beautiful job, couldn’t be happier. Our carpet is perfect and big shout out to the crew for their professionalism. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a job done right. Thank you so much
