There is a central phone line and it sends you to a "full" voicemail then hangs up on you. You can't reach this group any other way. They treated me for serious conditions in the past and I wanted to continue, but I guess I have to go elsewhere if they won't take a call.

I was a bit worried after I scheduled my appointment and then read these reviews. I have to say, against the current, my experience was great so far. Cynthia and the staff were excellent. The wait was no longer than any average medical office, and the staff felt very professional. Cynthia was clearly knowledgeable, but also very kind, and took time to explain everything I had questions about. I have to go back to have some unruly moles and such removed. I can update after, but I have to say I feel very confident going into it.

It’s “Ok”. Average generic NJ doctors office, all inclusive of 1970’s decor.Just be sure to bring something to do, perhaps Monopoly or other long activity. You won’t be seen for at minimum 45 minutes to an hour after your scheduled time.
