Mark and his team at Carlton Pools are exceptional. They are kind, knowledgeable, and invest their time into solving your problems without hesitation. I recently purchased an above ground pool from Mark. I had some issues with getting the installer (not someone in Carlton Pool's employ) to show up to start the work. Mark made multiple calls on my behalf to get the installer at my home. Many other stores would have said it was out of their hands. My family and I will be customers for life. The store is reasonably priced and filled with caring and honest people.

This is by far my favorite pool store in the area! I've needed parts that no other pool store carried and I went here and they had it. Not only do they have all the parts, they also have all the solutions to your pool problems. It's like a parts Warehouse/ pool experts amazing.
