Sales rep was very knowledgeable and provided many options on site. I received communications throughout. Install team was efficient in fence removal, thorough in leveling all gates and posts and cleaned up the site when finished. Extremely pleased with the process.
Edit: they did come and repair the issues that I had. Minus one star because I still had to try really hard to get it to happen... Thanks again
Initially they were very responsive. Showed up on the date promised and did the front gate. Fast forward this year after an initial repair to fix the posts out of plumb the auto latches no longer catch. I've called and left multiple messages and also texted the number with no return calls. Going on a month since I started reaching out. We have a pool in the backyard this should be a priority for you
Extremely impressed with Carl's Fencing. I needed railings for my front steps. I was able to schedule a consultation within a few days of contacting the company, and liked their options and pricing. The work was scheduled and completed in just over 2 weeks, and the job looks great. The railings are sturdy and I feel much safer. The consultant (Philip) and the person who did the installation (Mark) were great--very friendly and kind. Highly recommend!
