Wonderful! I called and spoke with Michael who was able to dispatch someone (Kyle) right away——on a Sunday! Kyle was great. Knowledgeable and communicative; he explained everything to me and confirmed that there was a blockage in the drain pipe and went over different options and price points.. which I appreciated so there were no surprises. We decided to pull out the toilet from the problematic bathroom- and from there, Kyle promptly cleared the blockage, checked, then rechecked all of the plumbing and each bathroom so that everything was working properly, operational, and good to go ? thanks, again! — CourtneyHighly recommend ?

Thank you Bill for quick and professional service. He has years of experience and is familiar with our development. He knew exactly where to cut a small hole in the wall to access the clean out pipe and was able to snake our pipe on our first floor bathroom. Repair done quickly.Services: Toilet repair

I called D.J.'s Roto-Rooter for an assumed emergency sewer back-up into our basement on Sunday. I spoke to Tim immediately and he met me at my office in 20 minutes. Tim and his trainee Joe quickly identified the cause of the water in my basement (which was not a sewer back-up as originally assumed, but rather an A/C condenser line break). Tim charged for the response time only, which was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter of Central New Jersey again.
