It was our pleasure to have Charlie West and his associate in our home last week for some major plumbing repairs. Charlie is extremely methodical and organized in the way he tackles plumbing issues. From start to finish Charlie responds quickly, does exactly what he says he plans do, performs the service on time and cleans up and returns everything to better than it was before the plumbing repair. While working, Charlie communicated as he went along as to what he was doing, any obstacles he encountered and how he planned to remedy those obstacles. Charlie came by to fix an outdoor faucet that had cracked. Not only did he replace it, but realigned the water line to trickle outside the house if it ever broke again due to temperature.Charlie was very responsive in keeping me aware of when he would arrive, and worked with my schedule.
