Marga’s classes are both soothing and challenging, and her level of understanding of the body’s alignment has taught me to find comfort in my posture both in and out of yoga class. Highly recommend.

Marga's yoga classes are highly recommended for practitioners of any level. She provides encouragement and pose adjustments for beginners and helpfully explains common pitfalls to avoid. Her many years of teaching experience make every class a delight and it's especially convenient that students can join virtually to practice in the comfort of home.

Love that all of their teachers are strict about proper alignment, rather than promoting flexibility like some other studios, which could lead to injury. Everyone is really nice there, too!
