Best experience I've had with a tech service. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Phil - The Geek that truly Rocks! My PC was giving me a lot of different issues and Phil practically rebuilt it as if it was new all over again. He charged a reasonable fee and promise to continue to help me if I have any problems or questions. I know I made the right decision getting Geeks That Rock on my side! I highly recommend them. A power outage knocked my computer out and I thought the motherboard was shot. It was over the weekend and I noticed Geeks that Rock took calls every day, which was better for me since I had much more time on the weekend than during the week. Talked to Phil, we arranged a time for him to pick up the desktop and he texted me routinely during diagnostics of the computer.
