I am satisfied with the results but I never quite know exactly what will be done and will not be done on my visit, nor exactly why other procedures discussed are not done during the visit.
I find the staff to be welcoming and efficient. Dr. Kolansky is an excellent Doctor, who cares for his patients and listens well to their concerns. I have been seeing Dr. Kolansky for years and will continue to do so. I have no complaints. He's the best!
As a first time patient I was able to get treatment on short notice. Courteous front desk and staff and the Doctor addressed the issue and answered all questions. This will be where future dermatology issues will be addressed. Very positive experience
