Great company ! Will be using again. They had one of their employees come over the weekend and he did amazing. Wilfredo came early in the morning ready to work and fixed the issue. We had no hot water or heat for the weekend and as soon as he came he knew what was wrong and fixed it !
Got my leaking hot water heater replaced quickly and with great attention to detail. The office person who made the appointment was very pleasant, I was kept informed during the short time it took for my plumber to arrive, and Wilfredo did a superb job. He was thorough, informative, and friendly. He knows his business and was happy to explain everything. I couldn't be more pleased.
We needed the drain in our upstairs bathroom unclogged. We tried to snake it but the clog was too much for our equipment and ability. I called on Monday evening and Wilfredo arrived Tuesday morning on time. Price was fair and work was done. Took almost 2 hours but got done and Wilfredo was professional and did cleaned up after.
