Long overdue review! Don’t hesitate to come here and use Kevin’s services. I first visited QAC for the usual steam and dry‑cleaning, but everything changed when I needed alterations for my daughter’s school uniform. Her skort ran 2 sizes smaller compared to her usual size, and I worried that ordering a 2 size bigger might affect her pre‑teen self‑image. So I tried to have her regular size altered instead.

I wear a suit 5 sometimes 6 days a week in my line of work. I went to Queen Anne Cleaners to have my Blue Pinstripe suit cleaned, hemmed, pants zipper fixed and crotch area stitched (don't ask). This was my first time there and I didn't know if they did alterations/adjustments. The Asian Gentlemen (please forgive me for not grabbing your name) was attentive and honest from the very jump. He didn't take advantage of my request, he actually saved me money by recommending a slightly larger sized zipper for my pants at minimal cost as opposed to relaxing the entire zipper area back to manufacturer replication. Excellent! Customer service is amazing and my clothes were well taken care of. They were even able to get some oil stains out of my silk jumpsuit!Prompt service and reasonable prices! They are very nice people :) will be returning
