Nu-Loc & Chop Shop is a natural hair boutique where appointments are necessary. The staff are professional, thorough, and more like family, providing honest services in a relaxing atmosphere. It is not like any other salon, offering a welcome escape. The business follows all Covid-19 CDC and local rules. Many clients have returned for years and confidently recommend it for all hair needs.
By far, this is a wonderful establishment. I flew into town for a wedding with microlocs, and they washed and styled me beautifully. The owner was professional, kind, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable.
These days, social media is often how we discover people’s work. Unfortunately, they don’t post much — but to be honest, it’s because they’re too busy focusing on what truly matters: exceptional customer service. This business is the epitome of great service.
I can’t recall the owner’s name, but her locs are absolutely fire!

I have been a client here since my Sister Locs were installed Nov 2006. There's no other place I'd go. The staff are more like family. The atmosphere is relaxing and a welcome escape from the world. Definitely recommend it cause it's not like any other salon.
