She’s rude. I contacted her prior before Christmas and she ignored all calls and messages. I still contacted her after she did my hair before that and she confirmed my booking and she never booked it. She double booked me with someone else, I showed up to my appointment and she was an hour late. She didn’t start my hair until 2 hours later. My appointment was at 11am. I didn’t leave until 5pm. Didn’t get to attend any of my plans that day. I’m new to the area. It’s already hard to find a hair stylist. Her communication is straight up horrible. This is someone who’s been with the same hair stylist for years.
