I started going to salon this summer when my regular salon cut their Sunday hours. I guess service really depends on who you get. I've seen the owner go off on someone she had wait for 20 minutes before telling her someone was ahead of her. I've had a temp nail tech start my toes and took over 30 minutes before switching to the male technician because she was so slow. And as for the male tech, be prepared to be moved, readjusted and pushed on because he does it throughout the service for both finger and toe nails. In my book they are 3.5 stars. I have been coming on and off for about 3 years. Its not my go-to place, nor is it the best around, but I think it deserves way more than 2 stars. In terms of the work they do, it is solid, I dont get anything fancy, just regular mani and pedi or color gel, and I have never had a bad experience. They also have an abundance of colors for both regular and gel and top brands. The staff is cordial and they seem to have a lot of regulars. Also, they have great prices. Monday to Thursday mani is $8 and gel mani is $20. Where Indo dock points is in the appearance. The place has been around since the 90's and looks it. I think some paint and new floors could go a really long way. It would also be nice is they added more specialized services, spa pedis, nail design etc.. also in terms of cleanliness, I won't say they are dirty, but a lot of what they use is so dated that it comes off ad grimy. Bottom line, that place is a 3.5 in my book and a good option for the basics and quick cordial service. Hey

Not too happy with my mani/pedi from here. It was just mediocre. I was hesitant coming here and decided to just try them out and I was not impressed. I definitely will not be coming back.
