Neighbors had used Awdren Renovations and I had watched them work. When I needed to rehab my entire condo, 2 BR, 1 bath , kitchen, LR, DR...I called them. We worked together to pick out tiles, flooring, cabinets, paint, etc. I had no experience in renovations and their guidance, even as simple as choosing paint colors, was invaluable. Our hard wood floors had been covered with a mat and wall to wall carpeting for 25 years. They managed to being the wood back to life! It shines like new. Our kitchen is a showplace and even the hallway is brighter and the rotted floor boards were replaced and match perfectly. I would highly recommend this company... read full review
