Ruby nails is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. I've gone here for awhile now, but I have an even bigger appreciation for them now. This past weekend I had an appointment with a bridal party AT A DIFFERENT SALON to get our nails done before the wedding. (First mistake on my end lol) I walked in and they sat some of our girls. But then told me they didn't have room for me, they overbooked and just had no one to do me even though we have had an appointment for weeks. When I asked what could be done, the other salon told me they couldn't do anything.
