She is very professional, kind, and truly takes the time to understand your skin's needs. She is all about cleaning your skin yet provides a very relaxing experience - once extraction time is over! ;-) She does an amazing job with waxing and tinting brows and lashes, too. Iowana, the receptionist is a sweetheart, and very professional as well. She is a master scheduler! She's very accommodating and helpful, even when trying to squeeze in a last-minute appointment.
