I suspected that I had a small leak in my water main line at or very close to where the line enters the house at the foundation. A neighbor, how had a similar issue, referred me to a local contractor who referred me Pascale due to the nature of the job. From beginning to end, Pascale and Angelo's team were very responsive, professional, and just did an amazing job from beginning to clean up! These guys were great! Squeezed me in for an emergency call on Friday afternoon/evening. Ken was the best! He offered a temporary solution until we can fix a MUCH larger issue with my main drain pipe and he worked late to get it done (on a Friday). Showed up on time to complete scheduled work the very next Monday. No surprises with costs. Plumbers and crew were fantastic! Each worker was very knowledgeable, courteous, and neat. They kept me updated and went over everything in detail upon completion. I'm a customer for life!
By far, the easiest service call I’ve ever made. Pascale was quick to answer the call (yes it was a kind human) and almost just as quick to deliver a professional, honest and very fair service. I will be suing them again, for sure!!
