He was very responsive and had a third party dog inspector at my house the same day to inspect for bed bugs. We then moved forward with 3 treatments over 3 weeks; Steve and Joe were very helpful, great communication, answered all my questions and were reassuring. Dan is excellent, he thoroughly evaluates our lawn and makes adjustments to the treatment plan to keep our lawn looking great. Candace is very good to work with. The service technicians do a great job as well, treating the entire lawn, and are competent and friendly enough. The overall experience and results have been better than we had with several competitors. The only challenge, which is not the biggest deal, is that Royal Turf cannot automatically schedule (e.g., we occasionally need to reschedule treatments to avoid treating on same day of our weekly lawn cut).“
