I am not happy with my pedicure, and my husband is not happy either. My feet do not feel fresh or properly cared for. The nail polish was not applied properly, and my nail bed and nail plate were not cleaned well.

My feet still feel rough and very dry, and the dead skin was not removed properly. I also asked for the sidewall of my toenail to be cleaned because it was causing pain, but it was not done properly and the area is still very painful.

Previously, one staff member gave excellent pedicures, but recently the service has not been satisfactory. We feel that this pedicure was a waste of money, and unfortunately we do not plan to return.

Pedicure. I used to come all of the time and my favorite part was the leg/ foot stone massage. I don’t think that those stones touched my skin for 15 seconds! I haven’t done a pedicure in over 6 months and was really looking forward to a little pampering! They also speak about you in Spanish which I don’t appreciate! Not driving out of my way anymore 👎

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The massage chairs didn’t work, which was disappointing from the start. During my pedicure, the technician cut me multiple times while removing my previous gel polish and even tore off part of my toenail. What made it worse was that she kept poking at it afterward, asking if it hurt.

There was no massage included, and the overall service felt rushed and careless. The staff also spoke in Spanish about me and my friends, which made us uncomfortable. Out of the three of us, only one person received hot stones, even though we all booked the same service.
