I booked a service for the couples massage and it was great. From the moment I called they were professional, kind, and welcoming, When we arrived they had an excellent atmosphere, the place was clean, and our masseuses were nice and friendly. Barbara and Caitlin did an amazing job. Caitlin did a deep tissue massage and she was very professional, Barbara did my massage and she was great, very careful and attentive of my health at all times. I appreciated both of them for making this a relaxing and amazing experience. This was the first time visiting this location and I would recommend and I would be back.

This was my second time visiting and I had an amazing experience with Caitlin. My first experience a couple of months ago my significant other and I got a couples massage which we loved. I was experiencing pretty bad shoulder and neck pain so decided to return this week and I was put with Caitlin. I initially asked for just a medium-firm massage but she went ahead and started to give me a deep tissue treatment because she saw how stiff and knotted my shoulders were. She guided me through what she was going to be doing next throughout the experience and was so kind, making conversation with me, and giving me recommendations on how to hopefully get rid of this pain. I just left Looma Spa about 10 mins ago. I have been in excruciating pain for a few days and it was either get a massage or head to the ER. I called Looma bc I live right around the corner. The receptionist was caring, sweet, attentive and determined to get me in. I had an appointment within a few mins. Caitlyn was the deep tissue therapist and she gave me a life changing massage. Kind, considerate, easy to talk too, made me feel comfortable and knew exactly where I needed and the perfect pressure. She gained a client for sure. I would highly recommend Looma Spa and Caitlyn to anyone in need. I cannot wait to go back!
