I really wanted to love this experience, and there were genuinely bright spots — Michelle, my first manicurist, was absolutely sweet and made me feel welcome. However, there were a few issues I can’t overlook.
Despite clearly communicating the nail shape I wanted, Michelle changed it without asking. She also skipped the cuticle oil, which is a standard step in any manicure. After finishing, I was set under the dryer for 10 minutes — only to walk away with nails that weren’t dry and ended up getting ruined.

Always very happy with the services .
For getting a massage this spa is great. I’ve gotten several there and no complaints in that department at all. For the manicure/pedicure part I am not happy at all. It looks like my 8 year old niece painted my nails and toes, and for the money that it cost me that’s completely unacceptable. They were also incredibly disorganized. I made appointments for both myself and my 13 year old daughter and we waited for about 10 minutes and then finally someone came and got us and then I had to explain multiple times what we were scheduled for. For the prices that they charge I would not recommend going there.
