I've been a customer of EWC (Succasunna location) for years & never had a problem with booking my appointments, rescheduling, or even canceling. All of their staff are accomodating & aim to provide the best customer service to their clients. Me & my daughter always go to Kim for our wax services. She's the best. She makes you feel comfortable & really does an impressive job. She also connects to her clients; establishes rapport. She never misses a spot & waxes properly. Never had a problem with her service. The place is always clean.

Kim is the absolute best! I moved out of the area in June and I still come to see her because I don’t trust my eyebrows to anyone else! She is such a gem and makes you feel super comfortable. Any issues I’ve had she has been able to recommend products and solutions and is very knowledgeable. Every experience is always a 10/10 ❤️

I have been coming to this location for the past year and all of the techs are great! In the summer I had Robin and LOVED how she did my eyebrows so I now book with her for all of my appointments. She is so nice and does your eyebrows the way YOU want them done. They always come out great and I always leave very happy!!
