Absolutely the best experience I could have with a failed heater less than a week before Christmas! I called well after most companies would have been closed on Thursday, and a tech was still at my home first thing the next morning. Long story short, the repair didn’t work (it was unfixable & leaking carbon monoxide into my home). A senior technician (Adam) came out immediately to further assess the situation, ensure that I was safe, & get me an appointment with the replacement consultant (Dan) the same day. I have used Focus for many years. From the person that answers the phone, to the techs, to the owners, everyone is very nice and professional. The techs are always on time and their service hours are always convenient.
