I went in for more than just a cleaning. I had to get some repair work on my teeth. I also have quite a bit of anxiety. They made me feel right at home. They were professional and kind and told me everything that was going to happen. They did excellent work. I would recommend this Dr. Rajpal to anybody. everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist, and the dentist were above professional they were kind and I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is definitely the place to go.
Dr. Rajpal and his team are fantastic! I became a patient of Dr. Rajpal when he & his wife bought the dental practice in January of this year. I wasn't sure if I was going like this new dentist since I was a patient of Dr. Carrillo's for 20 plus years. One day in February I was in agony because of a tooth ache. I left a voicemail for the office. I received a call back first the next morning. They we able to fit me in the next day. I am NOT a good dental PATIENT, my gag reflect is very bad. Taking a dental xray has always been challenging for me, Dr. Rajpal tried several times, then he said he had an idea let's number you and see if that works and it did! Turns out I needed a root canal but first I needed to get rid of the infection, I didn't schedule it that day as I planned to kick it down the road as long as I could. About a month later I was in pain again on the other side and cracked a tooth again I called the office. They asked if I could come in the next morning. So back to Dr. Rajpal I went, he numbered me then did the xray this time it was much better, it turned out I needed another root canal but first more antibiotics. This time I decided maybe I should just do it get it over with. I went to the office this morning for my planned root canals, we were going to try to do both in the same day. I arrived at the office I was greeted my Joyce, who always you with a smile, she has know my family forever. Then Dr. Rajpal always with a smile pops out of his office to tell me he is ready, I get into the chair freaking out a bit! Dr. Rajpal tells me not to worry, numbs my mouth first with the gel, then a few shots, a few minutes later he gets started. Other then my mouth being sore from keeping it open for awhile I didn't feel anything, no gagging either. So I asked if he had time to do the other tooth, he said as long as you think you can handle it. I agreed, he started the other side by numbing it, when he started that side I told him it hurt, he gave me another shot and continued. it stopped hurting no long after that shot, he continued and finished the second tooth. Dr. Rajpal was so proud of me. After my first visit we weren't sure I could handle one root canal and today I had two. I highly recommend Dr. Rajpal and Prime Dental Center. I already scheduled my next appointments and will certainly be recommending Dr. Rajpal and Prime Dental to my friends. Thank you again Dr. Rajpal, see you soon!
