very efficient while staying focused and detailed with patient concerns. The check in was seamless with the assistant taking all my eye scans quickly after the admin portion. Dr. J. Choe was attentive and careful during my eye exam. She explained my options for new lenses addressing all my questions and comments. The assistant who checked me out was also detailed in helping me understand my annual benefit and cost of ordering different lens supply. Will be back again next year!
Wonderful team! Love Dr Choe - super sweet and understanding. I’ve been going here since I was like 8 haha (I’ll be 28 in July). Staff has changed over the years, but I’ve always had a good experience. I really appreciate you guys. Thank you!
Excellent staff, very pleasant and friendly, barely no waiting time, I loved that, and Dr.Choe she was the best ever, thank you for taking your time and explaining everything and not just rushing like every other doctor does...God Bless all of you's :)
