We had the best experience with The Carpet Girls! We bought a new house and felt totally overwhelmed by all of the decisions needed to get it ready for our family. Jenn and Diane helped us choose beautiful carpet for our entire house and helped us stay in our budget while choosing high quality material so we have many years of good carpet! Installation was quick and professional, everything was left so clean! If you need carpet or any flooring we definitely recommend this company. The show room is extensive and they were so welcoming to our very excited 1.5 year old who ran around feeling all the carpet as we met!
When I was in the market for new flooring, my sister recommended The Carpet Girl. I was deciding between a carpet and a vinyl/laminate wood floor in a room upstairs from the main living area. Dianne at The Carpet Girl was instrumental in helping me make the decision to go with carpet since the rest of my house is real hard wood and I wouldn't be happy with the fake stuff. So we picked out a beautiful carpet and she was so right. I love it!! The next steps of scheduling the measuring, install date, and a few other details about the project were seamless and everyone I worked with was professional and friendly. Fast forward to last Sunday when I came home to find that my dog had a soft poop accident on my new carpet. I called Dianne the next day and she walked me through how to remove the stains (with a Bissell steam cleaner) while preserving the integrity of the carpet. After a few days of carefully using the steam cleaner, the stain is virtually invisible. Dianne also called me to see how the steam cleaner worked and I was excited to report that it was like a miracle. I would highly and definitely recommend The Carpet Girl to anyone and would use them again for any future flooring needs
