I neglected to order my daughter’s picture day photos on time and unfortunate missed the window to order before my photos were archived. I emailed the customer service link and explained the situation. Within 5 minutes I received an email from Daniel letting my know my request was received and in review and then within 10 minutes my link was restored and I was easily able to open my link to purchase the photos. They even included free shipping which I was very happy to not have to pay for.
