Best yoga studio in the area. There are a lot of options for classes and something for everyone. There are classes for fitness enthusiasts but also classes that focus on the more spiritual aspects of yoga. Great community of yogis and prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!
A variety of yoga classes for every level of practitioner. Offers live-stream and in-studio. Down-to-earth, client-focused, and demonstrates exemplary professionalism with everyone.
I love AMP! The variety of classes and the knowledge and dedication of the teachers makes it a truly special place. Ginny has created a welcoming environment for all levels and styles. I couldn’t recommend the studio enough
