The staff here should teach a master class in professionalism to other medical staff. On the phone, in person, or in the exam room, these women are kind and knowledgeable, and never annoyed that you’re there (which seems to be the standard at every other medical office I’ve been to in Monmouth county)
Dr. Sterling is great at what he does, no question. Super friendly, answers questions, remembers why you’re there, etc. But the entire experience at the office from entrance to exit is wonderful, and that means a lot to me. 100% recommend!
Dr. Sterling is one of the most fantastic, professional, and very nice doctors I have seen in a long time. He is warm, he explains everything he is going to do, and he makes you feel at ease when you are there.The staff is wonderful as well. Whenever I am there I know I will get the best treatment.
