I'd have to give Don an A++++. Our furnace stopped working and called him the same day that this happened and he arrived promptly. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I'll be definitely reaching out to him again for our maintenance and any issues that may arise. Thanks again Don!!!!!
11/4/22: Don has been our go-to guy for several projects since my last review, and I still wholeheartedly give 5-stars. Since then, he's done HVAC maintenance, installed an HVAC blue-light sterilizer, and is currently installing a bathroom fan in an additional bathroom, as well as other projects in the same area of the house. Just as my earlier reviews state, Don got back to us pretty quickly, work quality has been great (and neat), and even calls back the next day to make sure everything is still working well.
