“The first time we used them we had a tree fall on our house and our insurance agent recommended them. They came the very next day and even tarped the roof. Even the insurance agent was impressed by the price. We recently used them to have several dead ash trees taken down. The price was good and you would not even know they were here - they cleaned up everything and never even left a wood chip. The only downside is they are so popular that if it not an emergency, you may have to wait a bit.“

“Very happy with the service provided by Bartlett. Kevin arrived as promised true to the appt time and walked the property with me to review my areas of concern and make suggestions. The work included pruning, removing some trees with stump grinding, and soil care. The crew was 3 or 4 guys and they did a great job. I should have thought ahead of time to move my flowerpots from their work area but they were kind enough to clear the area themselves and they put everything back on their own initiative. I thought that went above and beyond. The soil care was a separate team that came on a different day. There was a slight delay on a dead tree that needed to be removed hanging over my shed (needed a different truck to reach that area, which was discussed ahead of time), but Kevin made sure the tree was removed before we had inclement weather that would put my property at risk. All the work was completed within a month following the contract, with the majority done just 2 weeks after signing the contract, which I was pleased with. Would have them back and would recommend the services to others.“

“Timber Tailors worked with our regular tree service to provide a crane for a tree removal. In spite of a serious mechanical issue with their vehicle, they still showed up and got the job done.

The gentleman who operated the crane was highly skilled. He had to lift the trunk up and out from its position between two powerlines; he succeeded without any damage to the lines.
