The staff is described as very helpful and congenial, with the tech performing tests being extremely nice and efficient. The exam by Dr. Otto was thorough, and he was patient and informative in discussing the state of the patient's eyes and answering all their questions. Patients feel they can stay with this practice and Dr. Otto going forward.

The vision therapy experience is praised, with the ladies in the office described as warm, welcoming, and engaging with the patient's young child. Dr. Ruffle and Kristen provided a full workup and created a fun yet challenging therapy journey, with the doctor actively involved in each session. Patients who had previously had issues with another office are very satisfied with the different atmosphere and level of care at Sparta Eye Associates.
