“It was my first time for a service with Nurse Melissa. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and genuine warm disposition. While she was performing the procedure she explained what she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. Also, I appreciate her thorough answers to my questions, which exemplifies how experienced she is in her profession. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and Melissa is certainly a winner!”
