“Very easy to make an appointment. The salon appeared clean and has cute decor. Nicole helped me decided between the two colors I was stuck on, she offered suggestions and double checked with me each time on the length, shape and color before proceeding. She also told me the price before getting started. I do wish they had a better variety of colors, seems like a big selection of similar shades. I also overheard another technician trying to up-sell the woman next to me, she was relentless, that would have bothered me if they tried that with me.“
