I had Deck Remodelers installed two large pergola's over two years ago. Recently, I had a problem with the louvers. I called up and Dee was all over it. Within a couple of days of service was performed and one of the motors was replaced for a charge. These people are top-notch first class. Highly recommend!
It was a pleasure working with the multiple experts at Deck Remodelers, each individual was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to my requests. Installation was performed with precision under a project lead that took pride in ensuring a high quality finish product. Project turned out better than envisioned. A few months after project closure we had a minor issue with one of the mechanical louvers, the warranty department had a technician to my house in a few hours to address - never experienced customer service such as this. Overall I give this company a five star rating…
