Andy Ball at Culligan of Sparta, NJ provides the best local water softener and filtration service—hands down. Their team is professional, friendly, and truly knows their craft. The installation, products, and ongoing service are all exceptional, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Andy even picked up my call on a Saturday at 2 PM and patiently explained why my system was in REGEN mode, how long it would take, and what to expect. He was absolutely right and clearly knows his stuff.

Have had a water softener and water filter in place for a few years. Recently had a drop in water pressure when using the shower or sink. Called and spoke to Andy. Guided me through replacing the fitler, manually regen the softener and checking the pressure on the reduction valve. Was a very helpful call and saved me time and money waiting for a tech to come out and pay them to do the same thing. Great company and great customer service.
