Advanced Dermatology Associates has a caring and attentive medical staff, including physician assistants like Erika, who provide wonderful care. The office is clean and punctual. However, scheduling an appointment can be challenging due to difficulties in reaching the front desk by phone. Despite this, the staff and doctors are very nice, but some patients have reported mixed results in achieving desired treatment outcomes.
I go to them annually for a full body exam because no matter how much of a contortionist you may be, there are always areas of your body that you can't touch or see that require medical attention. Usually cryo of moles or skin tags. It's mainly preventative in my case and only two cardiac surgeries kept me from my appointment last year.
Everyone is great, and Erica is amazing! She listens to your skincare concerns and comes up with a plan and tweaks as needed. She's great with kids and adults. Highly recommend!
I am staying in Pa and when I called they gave me an appointment same day! I flew out the door. I had just been to NJ to apply for Real ID and took every I could think of but had not put it back in my bag. I showed up without ID or insurance info. Obviously they could not see me. I drove 2 hours. The staff reached out to other providers and got my info. They were wonderful to make this effort and reassure me. I had gotten Scabies and was suffering for months.
