I went to two different Dermatologist that had five stars. They prescribe me medication that never worked after several years of going to the same one. I decided to try someone local and this guy figured me out on the first visit.
The staff was extremely friendly professional, and the doctor was awesome. Can’t say enough good things about him. I would definitely recommend him!!
This was my first visit and I was a little apprehensive from the many negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! My appointment was at 10:30 and I was out by 11:15. Everyone from reception to the doctor was so kind and friendly, explained everything that was going to happen, and made sure to ask if I had any questions before moving forward. Overall a great experience :)
I really love my doctor here, Ericka, she is wonderful and has helped me and my skin tremendously.But trying to get an appointment is insane. They literally never answer the phone, ever. I understand how busy a front desk can be, believe me, I'm no Karen, but this is a little ridiculous.You have to leave a message and then play phone tag with them if God forbid you miss their call back, because if you call them back even 2 minutes after missing their call, they will not pick up *again*.
